I have 23 more days in the sunny state of California and all I can think about is how badly I want to go shopping for the perfect cold weather clothes.

I happened upon this video, Your Secret,  the other day, and found it quite intriguing. 

Tea Time

This past week I celebrated my birthday with a few of my closest friends with a little tea party. 

I had so much fun planning it and my sisters and mom helped me with all the little delightful treats. 

There was also a thunder storm that day, which literally never happens in the summer in southern california, so naturally I was quite excited since that is one of my favorite types of weather. 

Newest addition to the headband family...

I found this little beauty at an antique shop. I thought it was pretty lovely so clearly I had to use it to create yet another headband.

I found this website, and this guy makes the coolest cupcakes. He uses really interesting ingredients that you would never think to put in cupcakes. 

I cannot wait to try some more!
